Our company, E.L.B. Warken Properties, LLC, had a desire to educate the masses on
- How to take charge of a foreclosure by revealing what lenders can do, but don’t usually offer, and
- Empowering homeowners to sell their properties with creative techniques that Real Estate Investors use to buy and sell millions of properties all over the United States.

E.L.B. Warken Properties is headquartered in Dallas, TX. We are real estate investors who work with a team of highly qualified real estate professionals. Our focus is to serve our local community and beyond by providing information and opportunity regarding real estate. Our founding members include Warren Smith, a Project Management Professional (PMP) with a Masters of Business Administration, and Kendra Smith, an Interior Decorator, owner of Innerpeace Designs. Both are also members of the North Texas Association of Real Estate Investors (NTAREI).
